Refund Policy of Crafting Era
Cancellation by Crafting Era (craftingera.com):
Crafting Era reserves the right to cancel certain orders for various reasons. This may include circumstances such as limitations on the quantity available for purchase, errors in product(s) or pricing information, or constraints within our credit department.
In the case of perishable items, delivery is attempted only once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, a redelivery will not be possible, and no refunds can be issued in such cases.
Crafting Era may require additional information before accepting an order. We will contact you if any such information is necessary, and failure to provide it may result in order cancellation.
Cancellation by Customer:
If a customer cancels an order after payment, the refunded amount will be credited to their account within 7-10 working days, after deducting a 3% processing fee from the total order amount.
Crafting Era reserves the right to withhold a refund if the order has been initiated, or work has started, or if the order has been dispatched/delivered, rendering it unusable for others.

If incomplete or incorrect delivery information (such as wrong name or address) is provided, extra charges may be applied for redelivery. Crafting Era reserves the right to confirm information provided by you at any time. If the information is found to be incorrect, we reserve the right to reject your request or modify the given address.
Complaints Regarding Product:
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us for a satisfactory resolution. Replacement of product(s) may take 10-15 days. Returns will not be processed for products that are tampered with, in used condition, or have damaged packaging.
